## Job description

### 岗位职责

1：负责新车型开发过程中悬架系统选型、方案制定、技术要求制定及重量、成本、属性等目标达成 2：负责悬架系统及零部件开发过程中各种技术文件的编制、交付，2D/3D/BOM的发布、零部件验证、ESER认可、基地投产等工作 3：负责悬架系统及零部件开发计划制定，并且按照计划开展各项工作及交付 4：负责悬架系统及零部件开发过程中的风险及问题识别，并且有效拉动资源，快速解决 5：负责悬架系统开发流程、技术体系及标准、数据库的搭建、迭代工作；负责悬架系统及零部件的通用化、平台化、轻量化、全价值链、VAVE等工作；负责悬架系统及零部件技术前瞻研究及开发 岗位要求： 1.3年以上悬架系统及零部件开发经验， 具备独立完成悬架系统设计开发的能力； 2. 熟悉悬架系统开发流程和问题处理方法；熟练使用CATIA/OFFICE/FMEA等软件/工具； 3. 参与过1款以上完整车型开发，有主机厂经验优先 4.良好的问题分析与解决能力，良好的沟通能力，良好的逻辑分析能力，认真负责、吃苦耐劳、有较强协调能力和团队精神。
