## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责固态电芯固态电芯材料开发工作，材料测试验证，提高电芯能量密度、循环寿命、安全性等
- 负责固态电芯中固态电解质材料专项工作，并进行相应专利布局
- 主导进行固态电芯材料导入
- 负责固态电芯材料行业感知，协助进行电芯的技术规划。

### 负责固态电芯材料成本分析 岗位要求
- 1.学历要求:硕士及以上学历; 2.

### 专业要求

电化学，材料化学等专业; 3.3年以上主流电芯厂电芯材料开发经验
