## Job description

### 职能职责

1、负责电驱/混动产品及迭代衍生产品的方案/属性开发决策； 2、负责电驱/混动产品的迭代升级规划，带领工程师团队完成产品升级； 4、负责平台化通用化方案制定决策； 5、对中心前台部门交付，带领部门设计团队输出最优设计方案； 6、负责电驱项目技术方案评审、决策、方案变更评审及决策、重大问题带队分析解决。

### 任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历；
- 具有混动变速箱、电驱系统相关开发经验10年以上；
- 对电驱/混动箱软硬件技术有决策能力，有项目总工经验优先；
- 对混动变速器、电驱产品以及多合一开发核心点，属性达成均有较深的了解；
- 有良好的沟通协调能力。
