## Job description

### 全生命周期版本集成管理
- 统筹软件版本全生命周期管理，包括主干与分支规划、发布节奏优化及交付关系协调

### 跨部门里程碑与管理机制
- 建立并主导跨部门里程碑体系与准入/准出机制

### 跨品牌/跨模块排期统筹
- 协调跨品牌、跨模块排期，建立冲突解决机制，避免版本冲突，保障在研与上市车型版本有序推进。

### 分支策略优化
- 推动版本主线清晰化与分支精简，制定分支合并策略，降低多版本并行维护成本。

### 团队管理与赋能
- 带领版本集成团队，建立标准化作业流程，培养团队版本集成能力。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子信息、软件工程、物联网、车联网等相关专业。 2、5年及以上汽车智能化/整车软件/OTA领域工作经验，有主流车企整车OTA版本规划、Release管理全盘统筹经验者优先。 3、熟悉国内汽车OTA监管政策、合规要求，具备完整年度版本规划及大规模车型矩阵OTA交付实战经验。
