## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责灯具系统设计构想、方案策划等前期设计工作；
- 负责灯具系统造型可行性分析及方案断面设计工作；
- 负责灯具系统issue list管理（历史工程问题、内部工程问题、外部工程问题、项目问题等）；
- 根据项目和NPDS流程要求，主导相关技术文件的审核，如DFMEA、 BOM、DVP、ESOW、lessons learned等；
- 负责灯具系统三维数据、图纸设计等质量和进度管控；
- 负责拉动周边部门协同工作，如总布置、电器、安全、SQE等，确认周边interface；
- 负责灯具系统供应商交流、评估、供应商管理及工作进度、质量控制等。
- 负责灯具系统产品试制、试验及试生产，解决相应技术问题。
- 负责灯具系统新材料、新工艺、新技术、新功能引进运用。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计、光学工程、材料科学与工程等相关专业。
- 灯具相关工作经历7年以上，具备3个以上上市车型设计开发经验，具备Tier 1供应商工作经验者优先；
- 良好的沟通能力，英语口语熟练，能运用英文进行技术交流及文件编制；
- 良好的团队管理能力，能协调外部资源，并在组内各个工程师合理分工。
