## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与设计维护自动泊车控制算法软件架构及接口；
- 负责车辆横纵向控制算法开发及量产落地;
- 负责控制算法的回灌及实车验证，跟踪解决实车问题，提升算法性能和稳定性；
- 自动泊车新功能开发和性能优化，实现更高效好用的泊车体验。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，车辆、控制、自动化、计算机等相关专业，3年以上规控算法相关经验；
- 熟练使用C++/C开发，有Matllab/Simulink开发经验，熟悉整车CAN网络通讯和相关工具（Canoe、canApe等）使用；
- 熟悉自动驾驶系统相关零部件的工作原理，熟悉感知和执行器特性； 4.、熟悉车辆运动学、动力学模型，熟悉PP、PID、LQR、MPC等经典的横纵向控制算法; 5、具有APA泊车、HPA泊车或智驾实际量产开发经验者优先; 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和抗压能力，具有较丰富的实车调试经验，能够清晰、高效定位并解决问题，有驾照者优先。
