## Job description

【岗位职责】：

### 平台方案规划迭代
- 对专项和规划等进行技术评审和决策，及时洞察风险和问题，确保平衡竞争力和成本和通用化；

### 技术竞争力与梯度
- 从更高视角识别关联资源和跨域协作方，支持系统方案及选型，从更多维度完善规划和项目策略；

### 监控平台技术开发过程目标达成和风险识别，协助车型技术总监重难点技术问题攻坚； 【任职要求】
- 熟悉整车开发流程和软件集成开发流程，新能源汽车智能驾驶/电子电气架构开发相关经验6年以上或交付2个项目以上，有人工智能从业经验优先；
- 具备敏锐的行业洞察力，良好的数据分析能力和战略规划能力，能够掌握行业趋势（行业发展，技术发展，标准动态等），有成功前瞻技术落地经验者优先
- 积极主动，能协同内外部各方资源，具备较强的跨部门沟通能力及项目能力，能够推动关键技术落地
