## Job description

### 质量战略
- 负责编制研发系统经营大纲，制定研发系统质量考核规则，管理研发质量中心研发/经营专项，负责中心半年度/年度总结，管理中心各部门月度工作计划；

### 质量会议及重点工作
- 负责集团总裁质量会承办及待办管理，负责院长办公室重点工作的推进和落实，组织召开研发系统质量月例会/研发质量中心经营月例会，负责所有研发质量中心内外部待办及重点工作管理；

### 绩效管理
- 负责集团质量中心指标管理，研发系统个人质量积分考核，研发系统组织绩效质量维度考核，元动力管理； 任职要求：
- 有较强的文字 功底
- 责任心强、敢于担当
- 对业务有钻研精神
