## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责承接整车功能、安全、诊断及基础软件等对电驱子系统的功能需求和性能目标，分解为可执行的电驱子系统级技术要求，并确保与整车系统、其他子系统及供应商之间的需求及接口定义清晰、一致；
- 负责电驱子系统的架构设计、详细需求设计、信号服务交互设计、控制策略开发及仿真验证，并与整车功能、电机控制器ECU Owner及电驱系统供应商握手达成一致，确保满足整车需求，以及电驱动产品安全性、可靠性及平台化要求；
- 负责跟进和推动电驱子系统相关需求落地，参与电驱系统问题的解决和优化，推动相关经验复用和技术需求持续迭代；

### 负责与整车集成、动力系统、底盘系统、热管理系统、人机交互等团队紧密协作，解决系统间需求或接口冲突，推动电驱子系统在整车环境中的功能实现与性能优化； 岗位要求
- 1、3年以上电驱系统开发经验，2个以上成功项目的电驱相关功能或子系统需求开发经验 2、熟悉电机控制器控制原理及相关策略 3、熟悉电子电器架构，能独立完成电驱子系统相关架构设计及需求设计 4、有完整电机控制器软件开发经验优先
- 有纯电及混动车型电机控制器完整需求开发经验优先
