## Job description
- 负责焊装车间工艺方案制定、工装夹具技术管控，编制属地化工艺作业文件。
- 解决车身焊接毛刺、变形、强度缺陷等现场工艺疑难问题，优化焊接参数与工序。
- 参与新车型导入、技改项目工艺调试、试生产验收，完成焊装技术移交工作。
- 跟踪行业新工艺技术，推进焊装工艺改进、降本增效与质量提升工作。
