## Job description

### 岗位职责

1.负责海外高低标市场的电池系统法规解读和测试验证落地跟进，电池护照、碳足迹、欧7、循环材料、绿电等相关工作的解读和统筹跟进； 2.针对识别海外市场差异项，进行产品适配性开发，确保合规、质量、成本指标的极致达成。

### 任职要求
- 有3年以上海外适用性开发背景，有海外工作经验尤佳，英语能作为工作语言；
- 至少1个电池系统项目从定点到 SOP的成功交付经验（海外优先）；
- 熟悉BEV、PHEV电池系统和产品开发验证流程，有系统工程思维；
- 熟悉电池系统ESG相关的工作和流程，有海外TOP10 OEM主机厂和TOP10电池企业海外电池产品系统的工作经验优先；
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通、协同推动能力，目标结果为导向；
