## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 牵头重大跨域智能化解决方案的总体架构设计，明确系统边界、跨域交互逻辑、技术选型路线，输出整车级解决方案总体架构方案，支撑产品立项与业务落地。
- 跨域架构基线、重大技术方案与架构变更决策；仲裁座舱、智驾、电子软件等多域间的技术分歧与架构冲突，无法达成共识时组织专项技术决策评审。
- 统筹识别跨域解决方案的技术风险与能力缺口，审批《技术开发任务书》，跟踪关键技术预研进展，组织成果验收，闭环技术风险。
- 指导团队开展工作，统一部门技术方法论与输出规范，把控方案交付质量，牵头团队技术能力建设与人才培养。
- 统筹跨域通用架构模板、接口规范、技术组件、风险案例库的建设，推动全域架构能力标准化、可复用。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子信息等相关专业，8年以上智能驾驶、智能座舱或车载电子相关架构设计经验，具备2年以上跨域架构负责人相关项目经验。
- 熟悉整车电子软件架构、车载 OS、SOA 服务化架构、AIOS架构、功能安全与信息安全规范；深度理解座舱、智驾、电子软件至少两个域的技术体系，了解大模型、智能体、数据闭环在车载场景的落地路径。
- 具备极强的系统思维与技术判断力，能够从整车视角平衡技术、成本、周期与交付风险；具备优秀的跨团队协调能力与冲突解决能力，能够推动跨组织共识落地。
