## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据行业技术发展趋势、海外市场及客户需求，推动动力系统以及新能源三电技术规划，并体现海外市场需求；
- 根据客户需求及技术规划，主导孵化项目、预研项目动力系统以及新能源三电技术方案选型；
- 根据客户需求，从性能、成本、安全、成熟度等多维度评估动力系统以及新能源三电技术方案；
- 及时掌握动力系统及新能源规划状态，为产业化车型项目提供全生命周期动力系统及新能源规划；

### 主导动力及新能源三电相关重难点问题攻关； 要求
- 本科以上学历，车辆工程、内燃机、机电、能源与动力等相关专业；
- 对动力系统、新能源三电系统有深度了解；
- 了解动力、新能源相关的全球法规包括排放法规、动力性能、电池、电驱、充电系统法规；
- 熟悉整车动力性、经济型影响因素，具备整车PE属性仿真、评价、方案优化的能力和经验； 5、10年以上动力、三电领域开发经验，具备BEV、PHEV至少各一个项目的开发经验；
