## Job description

### 职能职责
- 负责控股乘用车胶粘剂、油漆保护材料、油液类辅料开发及认可；
- 负责胶品等辅料BOM挂接及变更管理；
- 负责胶品辅料相关材料问题解决；
- 负责胶品等辅料VAVE相关工作；
- 负责胶品等辅料新技术验证、导入。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，高分子、化工、材料等相关专业，熟悉汽车用粘接胶、油液类产品特性、技术标准与测试方法；
- 熟悉整车开发流程，有较丰富的胶品选型与开发经验；
- 了解粘接工艺过程或粘接胶配方，能够独立解决粘接胶应用过程的问题。
