### 高端资源对接

利用个人声望与人脉网络，为公司引入和对接国家级科研项目、重大课题、高端人才及战略投资机会。

### 前瞻方向指引

定期输出对行业技术趋势、政策法规及威胁格局的权威洞察报告，为公司战略决策提供高阶顾问指导。
