## Job description

### 职能职责
- 负责电驱系统机械集成设计开发方案技术决策；
- 负责电驱产品平台化、模块化及通用化方案机械集成设计规划定义；
- 负责电驱集成匹配问题的分析与带队攻关工作；
- 负责电驱集成前瞻构型方案的制定；
- 负责电驱前瞻构型行业对标及公司电驱构型的中远期规划制定。

### 任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历；
- 具有混动变速箱、电驱构型设计开发经验10年以上；
- 有电驱机械集成总工经验优先；
- 对混动变速器、电驱产品以及多合一电驱构型有较深的了解；
- 能够指导工程师进行尺寸链设计计算；
- 有一定的前瞻视野，了解行业电驱构型现状和发展趋势。
