## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据整车VD性能要求及功能开发定义对悬架系统零部件的选型和性能要求进行定义；
- 对整车VD性能开发及过程进行有效管控；
- 对VD性能开发结果进行确认，确认满足整车属性定义要求；
- 对VD性能在开发过程中发现的问题进行整改和推动；
- 负责对竞品车的整车VD性能和零部件性能进行研究、分析；
- 负责整车VD（操控，转向，舒适性等）性能的调校工作；
- 负责动态性能控制系统（ESC/TCS等）的定义、目标和验收；
- 负责对VD性能的法律、法规的验证工作。

### 任职要求
- 熟悉整车主观评价方法；
- 熟悉产品及零部件开发流程，能够独立开展工作，承接相关任务；
- 熟练掌握相关零部件和整车试验方法，完成对数据的分析；
- 熟悉使用相关软件，具备初步评价和客观测试能力，能够独立开展工作，承接相关任务；
- 具有底盘调校能力、客观测试能力。
