教育背景： 2025/2026 届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历。

### 专业领域

机械工程、自动化、工业工程、电气工程、能源动力等理工科相关专业。

具备一定的英语基础，乐于在多元化背景下与不同层级的团队共同作战。

### Program Objective

The "Production & Engineering Leadership Program (PEDP)" is a core talent development program at GE Vernova Hangzhou. It is designed to cultivate future pipeline in the manufacturing and engineering sectors through intensive rotation, hands-on experience, and professional training. ### Ideal Candidate Profile

Hands-on & Resilient: Comfortable working on the shop floor, with a willingness to get hands-on experience and a drive to solve complex, real-world problems.

### Curious & Analytical

Deeply interested in manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology, possessing strong logical reasoning and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and exploration.

### Collaborative Communicator

Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, a strong team player, and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

### Qualifications

Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelor’s degree or above.

### Skills

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

### Mindset

Passionate about the manufacturing, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
