We are looking for a Working Student to support the Spare Parts and Customer Training workstreams for a portfolio of mega HVDC projects based in Berlin, Germany. ### Your Responsibilities Project Operations: Support the Project Management team in executing operational milestones and tracking project progress. ### RAMS & Technical Alignment Coordinate with internal RAMS and engineering teams to ensure project documentation is accurate and technically aligned with specifications. ### Spare Parts Strategy Support the "wing-to-wing" management of the spare parts strategy, including compiling documentation, maintaining the Spare Parts List (SPL), and tracking procurement statuses. ### Training Management Support the development of the Training Management Plan and take ownership of maintaining the Training Matrix to ensure all customer contractual requirements are met. ### Documentation & Reporting Supplement and revise project presentations and technical documents; maintain and analyze complex data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP, and MS Project. ### Stakeholder Engagement Participate in meetings with customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on action items. ### Your Profile Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field. ### Technical Proficiency A "Digital native" proficient in MS Office. Advanced MS Excel skills (including PivotTables) are essential.
