You will be the vital link between our customers and our international factories, ensuring seamless delivery of critical High voltage switchgears / equipment. This role is with end-to-end accountability from taking over from tender team through to final delivery, site commissioning, and the warranty period. Your Impact End-to-End Governance: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring strict adherence to safety, financial, and quality standards. ### Strategic Coordination Act as the primary interface for our customers, managing contract terms, expectations, drawing approvals, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). ### Supply Chain Management Coordinate with global factories and local subcontractors to manage imports / logistics and delivery schedules. ### Risk Mitigation Champion a process-oriented approach; identify potential risks early and implement decisive mitigating actions. ### Financial Stewardship Take full ownership of the project P&L, including billing, cash collection, and claim management. ### What You Bring Technical Expertise A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Project Management. ### Essential Strong technical knowledge of Grid products, including GIS, AIS, Circuit Breakers, Disconnector, Power Transformers,, and Substation systems. ### Experience 3–5 years of demonstrated success in project management, specifically within high-value infrastructure or utility environments. ### Commercial Acumen A solid grasp of contract administration and the ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations. ### Communication Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between global manufacturing sites and local customer requirements. ### Tools Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
