Your mission is to inspire and motivate the tendering team, as well as cross-functional teams to secure profitable orders, and drive long-term strategic growth for the AGM Factory, while minimize the business risks. You are a hands-on, facilitative leader with domain expertise in Power Transformers business with a proven track record in bid/tendering management and ready to act as a change agent, implementing new tools and procedures to optimize our competitivity, productivity and resource allocation.
