[Apply on GE Vernova’s careers site →](https://gevernova.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/Vernova_ExternalSite/job/Dubai/Lead-Product-Services-Engineer---Gas-Turbine-Accessories-Systems_R5053048-1) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [GE Vernova](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/ge-vernova/) / Lead Product Services Engineer - Gas Turbine Accessories Systems ## Job description ### Job Description Summary The Lead Product Service Engineer – Gas Turbine Accessories Systems provides direct technical support to global GE Vernova Gas Power customers across three primary workstreams. ### Key Responsibilities Own the technical resolution to issues resolution involving gas turbine accessories including but not limited to inlet, exhaust, Gas & Liquid Fuel, Oil, Water injection, Cooling water, Enclosures, Piping & Flex hoses, Valves & Actuators, Purge air systems, and instrumentations at power plants with a sense of urgency. - Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures to protect our customers’ fleet, then communicate to the relevant audience (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo alerts, etc.) - Drive complex RCAs through root cause and corrective action while communicating both internally (field teams, GEV leadership) and externally to end customers - Work collaboratively with partnering teams, e.g. design engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, quality, and/or Field services to provide sound technical resolution in a timely manner. Represent the organization in user conferences, customer clarification meetings, and other industry communications Exhibit GE Vernova Leadership Behaviours of acting with humility, leading with transparency, and delivering with focus Embrace LEAN principles.
