All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs. Lead role on design engineering and coordination/key technical interface to customer and vendors in execution of projects based on Variable Speed Drive System (VSDS), responsible for the execution of projects in time, quality and budget. ### Essential Responsibilities Perform power system studies using ETAP / DIgSILENT PowerFactory / PSCAD. Develop, validate, and maintain electrical network models for transmission, distribution, and industrial power systems. Analyze grid performance, reliability, and operational behavior under normal and fault conditions. Evaluate system compliance with grid codes, utility standards, and project specifications. Support renewable integration studies for solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid systems. Perform relay setting calculations and validate protection schemes. Study voltage stability, frequency response, and network disturbances.
