### Job Description

Summary HR Ops intern

Essential Responsibilities:
- Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
- Support HR Operations related work, including onboarding, First Day Introduction, on-demand letters preparing, offboarding, etc.
- Involve in all kinds of HR projects.
- Support Benefit-related employee communications and gift distribution, including sending emails from a shared mailbox and coordinating shipment of employee gifts.
- Other ad hoc requests.

### Qualifications/Requirements
- Detail oriented and willing to deal with routine work.
- Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload.
- At least 2~3 days a week and can work for 6-8 months for Daily Intern
- Good English in both verbal and written.
- Good command of PC skills.
