## Job description

### Job Description

Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage robotics and automation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Conduct thorough technical and cost feasibility analyses for proposed projects.
- Assess the potential benefits and risks associated with each project.
- Liaise with suppliers from the bidding phase through to project realization and testing.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
- Work closely with factory operators to develop practical and efficient automation solutions.
- Ensure that implemented solutions align with operational needs and enhance productivity.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

### Education / Experience
- Bachelor in Automation Engineering degree with proven professional experience.
- Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..)
- Programming languages (example: C++, Python..)
- 5+ year experiences in Automation Engineering field or equivalent experience.
- Assembly-based or Mechanical and electrical industry enterprise experience to be better
- Fluent English.

### Preferred Skills
- Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
