Summary

### Duties & Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate, and perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Steam Turbine systems. Diagnose and repair equipment; provide technical guidance to customers and ensure successful aftermarket upgrades.

### Site Supervision

Oversee third-party critical tasks, perform installation walk-downs, and ensure contractor compliance.

### Quality & Safety

Enforce GE safety standards and drive customer satisfaction through high-quality work and technical sign-offs.

### Administrative Management

Maintain timely documentation, including technical reports, job status updates, expense reports, and material logistics.

### Leadership & Development

Coach and mentor team members to share product and field engineering knowledge.

### Operational Flexibility

Support project requirements through extensive travel, overtime, and work on weekends/holidays as necessary.

### Organizational Alignment

Support core values and vision through proactive task management.

### Qualifications

Technical/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with experience in a Field Services role or equivalent qualifications. Experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position SEP certificate for group 2 - operations. Solid understanding of Steam Turbine Operation and Controlling Parameters. Strong technical competence in basing steam turbines and auxiliaries services operations like: alignment, balancing, assessment, etc.

Valid driver’s license. English proficiency required. Ability and willingness to travel in Poland and internationally (80%+).
