Collaborate with global engineering sites across Denmark, USA, Japan, Austria, and other regions to release engineering design deliverables, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality implementation of product and design changes throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities Execute engineering design changes and design output releases throughout the product lifecycle. Review design deliverables and evaluate impacts to quality, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, suppliers, and product lifecycle requirements. Drive alignment across global engineering sites and cross-functional teams to support timely execution and issue resolution. Collaborate with global engineering teams across Denmark, USA, Japan, Austria, and other regions to develop, review, and release engineering design deliverables. Coordinate with QA, RA, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Suppliers to ensure compliant implementation of design changes. Identify, communicate, and support resolution of quality, regulatory, and implementation risks. Support design transfer and manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions and product changes. ### Qualifications Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and diverse stakeholders. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess design change impacts and support issue resolution. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and execution. U nderstanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Regulatory requirements, or Product Compliance principles. Intermediate level of English proficiency for business communication and technical documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
