Additionally, the position will develop, debug, and verify software applications and system components to enhance product functionality and integrate system features. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components and features. Take ownership of specific modules or components, ensuring reliability and performance. Collaborate with architects and team members to implement system designs. Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues. Contribute to system integration and end-to-end feature delivery. Participate in technical discussions and design reviews. Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. ​ Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position - Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines - Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required - Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing ### Design Outputs/Program Deliverables - Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 712 years of experience in software development. Experience in software development, lifecycle and testing methodologies. Strong experience in object-oriented design methodology and programming languages, including C++, C#, or similar Experience in application development, debugging, and performance optimization. Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related computer field Experience in application development using modern frameworks and development tools Experience in integrating AI/ML models into applications. Experience with API development and system integration Experience with UI frameworks (WPF, Qt).
