You are responsible for enforcing strict EHS standards and 5S protocols on the shop floor while immediately resolving operational bottlenecks to maintain production continuity. You will directly manage shift scheduling, conduct hands-on training, and coach frontline staff to build a disciplined and high-performance warehouse workforce. You must monitor real-time inventory levels and equipment status, adapting quickly to production plan changes to optimize on-site storage efficiency. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. - Roles & Responsibility Internal Logistics Strategic Planning & Execution: Responsible for formulating and executing internal logistics strategies, optimizing the end-to-end process from raw material inbound to production line delivery, ensuring logistics operations comply with GE Healthcare’s global standards and local regulatory requirements. ### Inventory Management & Optimization Lead inventory control strategies, balancing inventory levels with service levels through data analysis to reduce obsolete stock and improve inventory turnover, ensuring the availability of critical medical components to support production continuity. ### Process Improvement & Lean Management Apply Lean methodologies to identify internal logistics bottlenecks, lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen), and enhance warehouse space utilization and material handling efficiency. ### Team Building & Performance Management Lead the internal logistics team, responsible for team building, skills training, performance appraisal, and talent pipeline development, fostering a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. ### EHS & Compliance Assurance Strictly adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, ensuring all logistics operations comply with GE Healthcare’s ethical guidelines and local laws and regulations, achieving zero accidents. ### Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Production, Delivery, Materials, Quality, and IT departments to drive the implementation of digital logistics solutions, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and legacy product lifecycle management. ### Qualification/Requirements Education - Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. ### Experience Minimum of 5 years of logistics management experience in the manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience. ### Language Skills Excellent communication skills in Chinese and proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of using English as a working language. ### Desired Characteristics Ownership - View logistics as vital to patient life; take full responsibility for on-site issues without shifting blame. ### Breakthrough Innovation Reject status quo; proactively drive practical micro-innovations on-site to accelerate speed and reduce costs. ### Frontline Empowerment Lead by example in coaching the team; stabilize morale under high pressure and turn mistakes into growth opportunities. ### Data-Driven Decision Making Discard intuition; dig deep into data roots to precisely resolve bottlenecks. ### Compliance Bottom Line Strictly adhere to ethical and operational standards, ensuring transparency and safety with zero compromise. ### Resilient Adaptability Face volatility and urgent orders directly; flexibly deploy resources to achieve goals while maintaining quality and quantity.
