You will drive cross-functional teams from strategy and planning through deployment, ensuring the effective, timely, and compliant correction of affected products in the field. Coordinate project planning across engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. Apply sound judgment, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to solve problems and drive decision-making. Plan and manage resources, schedules, and processes, and lead wing-to-wing execution to ensure FMI programs meet quality, delivery, and business objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration with design engineering, product management, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve challenges, remove execution barriers, and keep projects on track. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and delivering FMI project outcomes that support business objectives. ### Required Qualifications Proven experience in program management, with a background in lifecycle management, sustaining engineering, preferably experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related fields. Excellent communication, data management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage complex programs and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desired Characteristics Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and effectively document, plan, track, and execute programs. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and improve daily work.
