With your experience in construction projects, you'll own the implementation process for installing our larger Imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers starting from the sales order review through training customers on their new devices. This is a customer facing position best suited to candidates in Cincinnati or Dayton, Ohio. GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities within your market. Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets. Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging. ### Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience. Construction or related experience. Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office and at customer facilities. Strong organizational skills and email management. Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required Desired Characteristics Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades. Experience with large-scale project management requirements where schedule deadlines are met or ahead of schedule. Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products. Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
