Sitting on Gap Inc.’s centralized Marketing Shared Services team, you’ll be the connective tissue between our creator community and the cross-functional partners who keep TikTok Shop running — driving gifting, briefs, affiliate community management, and reporting that drive real performance for our brands. You’ll help scale a growing TikTok Shop affiliate community, keep top-performing creators engaged, and ensure the platform and the community you create both function well. You’ll work closely with Marketing Shared Services (MSS) Operations to ensure ongoing platform functionality, and partner across merchandising, product, influence, PR, legal, finance, and paid media to align TikTok Shop initiatives with key product priorities and marketing moments. The ideal candidate is a TikTok Shop native who understands the unique TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem inside and out, thrives on creator relationships, and can balance the operational rigor of budgets and reporting with the hustle of always-on community management. ### What you'll do - Own and operate the day-to-day functions of TikTok Shop, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and delivers against commercial goals Align with cross-functional partners on product priorities and work closely with Marketing Shared Services (MSS) Operations to ensure ongoing platform functionality and success - Manage gifting programs and build creator briefs that drive scroll-stopping, trend-driving content on TikTok Shop - Maintain regular communication with top-performing creators, building lasting relationships that keep them engaged and performing - Manage the TikTok Shop affiliate community at scale, including outreach, onboarding, and always-on engagement - Assist with reporting on TikTok Shop performance, tracking results with a focus on continuous optimization - Monitor budgets and gifting spend, ensuring efficient, well-tracked investment across the affiliate community - Provide ad-hoc support for TikTok Shop activations, product launches, or other events when needed Who you are A TikTok Shop native. When something breaks or a process needs improving, you find a better way to keep things running Salary Range: $93,700.00 - $121,800.00 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
