What you'll do Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest in understanding and addressing their needs. Notice subtle cues to personalize product recommendations. Storyteller who uses knowledge to make product suggestions feel meaningful. Educate customers about loyalty programs. ### Support multiple areas of the store including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required. Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized environment. Who you are Style driven, and culture centric. You have a keen eye for current and emerging trends. Eager to confidently connect with customers to deliver an exceptional Gap experience. Focused on continuous improvement. Open to listening and actions on feedback. Passionate about Gap, its heritage and product offerings. To be considered for this role, applicants must: Be at least 16 years of age. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States. Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers, used in day-to-day operations. Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
