We’re looking for a Commercial Property Underwriter to join our team. You’ll play a key role in underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial property owners’ insurance risks. This is your chance to make a real impact while working in a supportive and inclusive environment. How you'll make an impact Underwrite commercial property risks, including residential and commercial landlords, mixed occupancy properties, and high-value portfolios. Assess new business, renewals, and policy amendments, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with brokers, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable business. Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and take corrective action to meet growth and profitability targets. Support broker development initiatives and contribute to product development and underwriting strategies. ### About You You’ve got experience underwriting Commercial Property insurance and a strong understanding of property risks. You’re skilled at analysing risk information, including property values, construction details, and claims history. You’re a great communicator and negotiator, with a proven ability to build strong broker relationships. You’re detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident in making decisions.
