### Overview

How you'll make an impact Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational control frameworks and procedures
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential operational risks within the retail business segment
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness to senior management
- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Track and measure the impact of process improvements on operational performance
- Prepare and present regular reports on control activities, risk assessments, and compliance status to senior management
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of any control deficiencies or compliance issues About you Qualifications: Education: Degree- Bachelor Master Licenses/Certificates: Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage Work Experience: Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an Insurance domain Experience in P&C - Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred Insurance certification - good to have Transition/onboarding of service - good to haveOnshore travel experience - good to have Desired Skills and Competencies: Insurance domain knowledge Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
- Proficiency in creating, formatting, and managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Interpersonal skills

### Ownership and Accountability
- Ability to think critically and make sound judgments based on the evidence presented.

Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and compliance objectives.
