En este rol, administrarás el portafolio de clientes asignados, apoyarás la gestión comercial del área y darás seguimiento a solicitudes, reclamaciones y objetivos de retención. También acompañarás al gerente y a los ejecutivos de cuenta, visitarás clientes con frecuencia y ayudarás a asegurar que cada cuenta cumpla con SARLAFT.

Tu trabajo será clave para impulsar nuevos negocios, mantener el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares, y proponer mejoras que fortalezcan el servicio al cliente. Cómo lograrás un impacto Administrar el portafolio de clientes asignados. Apoyar la gestión comercial y el cumplimiento del presupuesto. Atender y resolver requerimientos, reclamaciones y necesidades de los clientes. Dar soporte al gerente y orientar a los ejecutivos de cuenta en la estrategia de servicio.

Hacer visitas a clientes y proponer mejoras a los procesos internos. Velar por el cumplimiento de SARLAFT, retención superior al 96%, y de los sistemas de SST y calidad. Acerca de ti Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Derecho o afines. 3 años de experiencia, preferiblemente en corretaje de seguros o en el sector asegurador. Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente con enfoque comercial y atracción de nuevos negocios.

Inglés intermedio, ideal. Conocimiento técnico en seguros, gestión de cuentas y trabajo con clientes. Capacidad para liderar equipo, manejar presupuesto y coordinar con áreas internas.
