We are seeking an Applications Administration Associate with 1-2 years of experience in application support, service desk, IT operations, or administration to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business applications. You will manage user access requests, coordinate with system providers, track application-related tickets, and ensure changes are implemented in line with our company processes and security standards. How you'll make an impact In this role, you will: Manage and process application access requests, modifications, and removals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Track and resolve application-related tickets, liaising with external providers to ensure timely resolutions. Coordinate application changes, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to security standards. Maintain detailed documentation, generate insightful reports, and support audit and compliance requirements. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Experience in application support, service desk, IT administration, or a related field. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice. A basic understanding of user access management and application administration. Knowledge of incident, request, and change management processes. Strong organisational and time management skills. The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
