May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes. Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g. SaaS). Manages a team of Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups. May have supervisors reporting to them. Responsibilities typically include: Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex. Ensuring compliance policies, and procedures are understood and followed. ### About you Qualifications University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience. ### Preferred System architecture and integration Communication and stakeholder management skills Root cause analysis Product development management App development/programming Product technical, configuration, and administration knowledge Agile development Project management Additional Information At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
