### How you'll make an impact Responsibilities

Handling completely new hires, resignations and data management processes for North America and UK Tier 1 Payroll Support. Employee benefit administration for USA and UK / APAC regions. Handling background verifications for North America and UK / APAC regions. Handling employee referencing for North America and UK / APAC regions. Employee leave administration for North America and UK / APAC regions. Employee performance management administration for North America and UK / APAC regions.

### Employee profile management

troubleshoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords. Vendor management and invoice processing for USA and UK / APAC regions.

### Documentation

Process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards based on client expectations and internal requirements.

### Compliance

Ensuring local compliances of supporting countries are adhered to. Participation in internal and external audits. Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiating changes due to regulatory requirements or technology changes.

### Supporting Responsibilities

Knowledge of ERPs. Strong knowledge of US and UK regulatory/statutory requirements, employee benefits and labor laws. Prior HR transition experience. Maintaining trackers. Performing regular RCAs. Adherence and regular revival of GHRSS SOPs.

### About you Qualifications

Graduation or Post Graduation (HR specialization will be an added advantage).

### Experience

Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years. Should have worked for North America or UK / APAC regions.

### Technical / Functional Skills

MS Office. MS Excel Reporting and Analytics. Oracle.

### Soft Skills

Very good written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly. Stakeholder management.
