Vas a administrar las cuentas asignadas, atender requerimientos de clientes y dar seguimiento a reclamaciones para asegurar respuestas oportunas. También visitarás clientes cuando sea necesario, coordinarás con áreas internas como Comercial, Legal, Compliance y Gestión Humana, y apoyarás la ejecución de la estrategia de Servicio al Cliente.

Además, ayudarás a identificar mejoras en los procesos y a mantener el cumplimiento de políticas, calidad y SG-SST. Cómo lograrás un impacto Administrar las cuentas de los clientes asignados. Gestionar y resolver los requerimientos generados por los clientes. Hacer seguimiento al estado de las reclamaciones. Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, estándares corporativos y procedimientos aplicables. Participar en actividades del SG-SST y del sistema de gestión de calidad, incluyendo reportes, capacitaciones y acciones de mejora.

Acerca de ti Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en curso o graduado en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Derecho o afines. Menos de 1 año de experiencia, preferiblemente en corretaje de seguros o sector asegurador, en Servicio al Cliente. Puedes atender clientes, hacer seguimiento a solicitudes y documentar avances con orden. Te adaptas a trabajar con políticas, estándares de calidad y actividades de SG-SST.
