How you'll make an impact - This is a hybrid role that combines both account management and business development responsibilities. - The position carries accountability for client retention and renewal efforts, as well as achieving new business production goals. - The individual is responsible for developing and successfully acquiring new revenue opportunities from both prospective and existing clients while delivering a high level of consultative service to an assigned portfolio of accounts. - Success in this role requires balancing relationship management, client service, and business development activities to drive growth and maintain strong client partnerships. ### About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required. ### Preferred Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ### Behaviors Position requires excellent communication skills.
