If you enjoy solving problems and working with purpose, Gallagher is the place where you can grow and feel a sense of belonging. ### Overview A technically proficient quality assurance professional responsible for designing and executing advanced testing strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring software reliability across platforms. The Senior SQA Engineer collaborates closely with development teams, contributes to continuous integration efforts, and drives quality improvements through deep expertise in testing tools, coding, and agile methodologies. ### How you'll make an impact Responsibilities Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend systems. Perform deep functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and quality in code. Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed defect reports. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Validate data integrity through database testing using SQL/DB2. Participate in code reviews and provide QA feedback. Execute security and compatibility testing across platforms. Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA process improvements. ### About you Qualifications Any Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience. ### Skills and Competencies Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, XML, SQL. ### API Testing Postman, REST-assured, SoapUI. ### Performance Testing JMeter, LoadRunner. ### Version Control Git, GitHub, Bitbucket. ### Database DB2, MySQL, Oracle – strong SQL query skills. ### Frameworks TDD, BDD (Cucumber). ### Soft Skills Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication.
