## Job description

### Position Summary
- 协助厨师长全面管理厨房营运
- 负责确保食品质量、卫生和工作场所安全达到既定标准
- 领导和推动培训和发展，以不断改进团队 Primary Responsibility
- 协助总厨处理厨房日常运作，带领团队确保整体运作顺利
- 为生产计划、准备、设置并在食品生产的所有领域提供优质服务
- 按照标准和规范进行菜单研发和特色
- 指导、培训和监控 流水线上厨师的绩效 Requirements
- 高中教育
- 具备良好的语言及沟通技巧
- 必须具备长时间连续行走和站立的能力
- 5 年 5 星级酒店或 7年 4 星级酒店或知名餐厅的工作经验
