## Job description

### Position Summary

Support warehouse and inventory operations by receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations to support Facilities Management activities. Primary Responsibility Assist in the receiving and distribution of operational materials, tools, and equipment. Assist the Inventory Coordinator in maintaining store housekeeping standards and monitoring regular stock items on a daily basis.

Assist the Inventory Coordinator in verifying that all goods received correspond with purchase orders and invoices. Issue regular stock items and non-stock items in accordance with established procedures. Receive, inspect, and properly store all incoming items in the warehouse(s). Monitor inventory levels and report to the Inventory Coordinator when stock quantities fall below the established minimum par level. Assist the Inventory Coordinator in recording inventory transactions and maintaining accurate inventory data in inventory lists and EAM systems.

Communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Officer and Inventory Coordinator.

### Requirements

Prior experience in Logistics, Hotel Operations, Engineering Operations, or a related field is highly preferred Basic computer skills are required, including the ability to perform EAM data entry, stock-taking, and inventory in/out record maintenance Basic proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks as required Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility
- Demonstrates a professional, punctual, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines
