We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ### Skill SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai Position Type: Contingent Top 3 Skills - SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay Solution Leadership Strong experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Supplier Management, Data Migration, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare. - Cross-Functional Integration Expertise Deep understanding of integration between SAP STP and Finance (FI/AP), Controlling, Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM), Sales & Distribution, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and external procurement systems. - Leadership & Stakeholder Management Proven ability to lead fit-to-standard workshops, manage solution design decisions, coordinate functional and technical teams, resolve cross-functional issues, and effectively communicate with business and program leadership. ### Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (STP) Lead to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification processes as part of a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation program. The STP Lead will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, integration teams, finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and IT leadership. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Best Practices. - Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution design and configuration. - Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification processes. - Lead business process harmonization and global template development. - Manage cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Manufacturing & QM, EWM, and external systems. - Define and review functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations. - Lead procurement approval processes utilizing SAP Flexible Workflow. - Support Fiori-enabled business processes and user experience requirements. - Manage STP data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution. - Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, and production smoke testing. - Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials. - Support deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to support organizations. - Mentor junior consultants and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams. ### Required Experience - 10+ years of SAP Procurement/Materials Management experience. - Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. - At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA implementation. - Proven experience leading an STP workstream through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. - Strong expertise in: o Organizational Structure o Material Master & Business Partner Master Data o Purchasing - Processes o Contracts & Scheduling Agreements o - Direct and Indirect Procurement o Service Procurement o Subcontracting & Consignment o Stock Transport - Orders o Inventory Management o Batch Management o Physical Inventory o Logistics Invoice Verification o Flexible Workflow - Strong experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration, reconciliation, and cutover planning. - Experience working with RICEFW objects, APIs, IDocs, EDI, and integration technologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with RISE with SAP Private Cloud or Public Cloud. - SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification. - Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, Central Procurement, or other procurement solutions. - Experience with global template deployments across multiple regions. - Knowledge of Embedded Analytics and Fiori applications for procurement and inventory processes. Success Profile The ideal candidate is a results-oriented SAP leader who can drive business transformation, challenge non-standard requirements, promote SAP Best Practices, and successfully deliver a scalable, supportable, and globally integrated Source-to-Pay solution on SAP S/4HANA.
