This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise and implementation experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM who can design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work closely with customers, architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to implement innovative solutions that drive business value and digital transformation. ### Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions. Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and custom applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.Support platform upgrades, deployments, and release activities.
