About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Agent (L1) to join our IT support team. ### What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for IT support requests (phone, email, chat, ticketing system) - Help users with basic hardware, software, and account access issues Log and track incidents, and escalate when needed - Follow standard procedures and ensure a great user experience - Learn new IT tools and grow your technical skills Who Should Apply Internal employees from any department, fresh graduates, non-IT graduates, or diploma holders Those with previous L1 Service Desk experience are also welcome Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn - Strong communication and customer service mindset Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts Language Requirement Mandarin proficiency (read, speak, write) required Why Apply Hands-on IT experience and exposure to real support operations Structured training and career growth opportunities Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to transition into IT while staying within the company At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
