## Job description

### Lead Software Engineer Responsibilities

Lead design and development of 5G features in CU domain in RAN product Develop and maintain the CU protocol stack components. Drive technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure software quality through code reviews and design validation. Participate in feature planning, design analysis, coding and system level debugging Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in development and design of RAN product /features in CU.

Hands-on experience in one or more of RRC, RRM, OAM,PDCP,NG-AP,X2AP,XnAP, F1AP, YANG, Netconf modelsKnowledge on RAN, oRAN, dis-aggregated RAN architecture, CU software, CU OAM, virtualization technologies. Strong understanding of 3gpp specificationsGood knowledge on ORAN interfaces, Data path design & implementation Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and EN-DC, CA features C/C++, Software design, developmentExposure to AI tools and adoption of AI driven developmentHands on experience on different test tools, simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts.

Excellent skills in problem solving, leading technical task forces, design workshops, communication, co-ordination, requirements management. Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items. Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team. Candidates with B. Tech./ M.
