### 職位目的

負責分行授信業務之經營管理、通路輔導及業務推動，透過業績追蹤、經營分析及教育訓練，協助提升分行授信業務發展及經營績效。

### 職務內容

1.分行授信業務之業務績效追蹤、經營分析及策略推動。 2.規劃教育訓練及作業管理機制，持續優化授信業務流程與通路經營效能。
- 具內部跨部門溝通能力。
- 主動積極、能獨立作業，具高度執行能力與主動回報能力。
- 具備數據分析能力，具SQL或相關數據使用工具尤佳。
