## Job description

### 數位客群經營專案規劃
- 規劃與推動包含OMO客戶經營機制、行銷自動化等跨部門專案，協調資源確保專案落地。

### 優化數位客戶旅程
- 梳理各數位管道之客戶旅程，制定分群經營策略，提升客群證券交易實動率與交易量。

### 客群經營與活動企劃
- 策劃並執行數位客群經營措施，落實預算控管、素材發想、活動設計與成效追蹤。

### 跨團隊協作與商機發掘
- 密切對接商品、IT 與數據團隊以凝聚目標共識；洞察市場趨勢與客群輪廓，發掘並經營跨售商機。
- 具備證券產業相關經驗者尤佳。
- 具備優異的提案企劃與跨部門溝通能力，能針對業務需求提出解方並主導執行。
- 具備清晰的邏輯思維、問題解決能力與專案管理能力。
- 具備五年以上金融產業、客群行銷或數位專案企劃相關經驗者。
- 具數據分析能力，擅長解析數據並轉化為行銷洞察與商機。

- Excel、PowerPoint、Word

### 證照
- 證券商業務員
